During the winter months, B&L Landscaping offers a 24-hour snow management service for all size properties. We have the equipment and personnel to quickly and efficiently respond to any snow or ice emergency. No matter what time of day or night, our snow removal experts will clear and de-ice your company's walkways, parking areas, and roads, providing easy and safe access for your employees, tenants, or
customers.
B&L has a large fleet of trucks and equipment to handle any size job. We
manage our trucks and equipment properly, so that they never are over booked and in fact we keep back up trucks and equipment at our Oak Park facility to handle any situation that may arise. For supreme efficiency and to better meet your snow maintenance needs, our facility has the following:
• We service all size properties
• A 5 acre yard
• 40,000 square feet of shop facilities with 5 full time mechanics that can work
24 hours, 7 days a week if needed.
• Two large salt bins and more than 1500 tons of salt on site at all times.
• We also set up salt bins on sites based upon size and availability in order to
provide faster service.
• Our snow program consists of a snow division manager that oversees all
operations in the winter months. He has quadrant supervisors that report to
him and oversee small quadrant areas and monitor site conditions and
performance of work from our employees and sub-contractors.
